Roam Research is a leader in networking thoughts together in a software, but what if you don’t want to use it? What are your alternatives that aren’t super nerdy or require a lot of investment? In today’s video, we take a look at some contenders including, Bear, Notion, Zettlr, TiddlyWiki, Dynalist, and The Archive.

Also it’s by request right now only, but Obsidian has a much clearer pricing system. Includes an end to end encryption setup and is markdown and linking friendly.
