This week we’re joined by Matias Hernandez, a software engineer based in Chile. We have a great conversation about routines, not putting too much pressure on yourself, and working remotely from a small town.

Yeah. I always listening to the part of the conversation on dealing with family interruptions. It’s tough to have a rigid time blocking schedule and plan every hour or minute on a day. With children around, we do have to be flexible. I’ve been staying happy with just finishing my 3 Most Important Tasks that I planned on the day before. I can’t compare myself to Elon Musk or other people because everyone has a different situation. I’ve learned to not compare my output to others. It’s a losing proposition and I’ll beat myself up for not measuring up.
